Partners remain independently responsible for vehicle operations and driver conduct.

Ambulance partners must not misuse the brand name or make false operational claims.

Unauthorized sharing, misuse, or disclosure of confidential information is prohibited.

Dr Jhatka Medicare reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for unsafe operations or policy violations.
