3. BOOKING PROCESS

Ambulance bookings may be requested through: - Website - Mobile platform - Phone calls - WhatsApp support - Emergency coordination channels

4. EMERGENCY RESPONSE DISCLAIMER

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

We do not guarantee: - Medical treatment outcomes - Availability of advanced life support in all ambulances - Availability of ICU setup in all vehicles - Continuous oxygen/medical equipment support in all cases - Immediate emergency intervention

7. THIRD-PARTY AMBULANCE PARTNERS

Certain ambulance services may be operated by independent ambulance partners or third-party providers. While reasonable verification efforts may be conducted, Dr Jhatka Medicare does not guarantee: - Conduct of third-party providers - Vehicle conditions at all times - Treatment outcomes - Continuous service availability

8. PAYMENT TERMS

9. CANCELLATION & REFUND

13. TERMINATION OF SERVICE ACCESS

Dr Jhatka Medicare reserves the right to suspend or refuse services in cases involving: - Fraud - Fake emergencies - Abuse - Threats to staff or drivers - Operational misuse - Policy violations

14. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

15. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
