Lab partners are independently responsible for sample handling, test processing, report generation, and staff conduct.

Home sample collection services are subject to technician availability and geographic coverage.

Lab partners remain independently responsible for diagnostic services and report quality.

Lab partners must not misuse the brand name or make false claims.

Commercial arrangements vary by test category and home collection requirements.

Unauthorized sharing, misuse, or disclosure of confidential information is prohibited.

Dr Jhatka Medicare reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misconduct or policy violations.
